Delivery Terms and Conditions


Deliveries are dispatched to Ireland on a 2-5 working day service. You will usually (but not guaranteed) be contacted by the courier company prior to the delivery to arrange this with you, so please do ensure up to date contact numbers are provided at the time of your order. The delivery is to the curbside only, so if you live in a property above ground floor, the drivers are not insured to help you bring the items inside. If you do require assistance with taking the delivery inside, we would advise acquiring the assistance of a friend, neighbour, family member or other associate able to offer this for you, as we are unable to ask the drivers to do this for you. If you would like to make any special requests regarding the delivery, then do please contact us to advise of this. If several delivery attempts are missed, the items may be returned to our store, and charges may be forwarded for this, so do ensure you are able to accept delivery when this occurs. If you require the dispatch of your item to be delayed, then do please inform us of this prior to placing your order if possible. If you wish to cancel an order which has not been dispatched, you must contact us by email or telephone immediately. If the item has already been dispatched, then please follow our returns policy below. 

Unwanted Items
Once the item has been dispatched, if you are not happy with your item or do not wish to keep your item, you may cancel your order within 14 days from the day of delivery. However, we must be notified in writing by email of your intention to cancel. Change of mind cancellations will incur a charge of €100.10 to cover return shipping fees if the item has already been dispatched, +10% of the sell cost if the items have been opened for the repackaging.
Goods must be returned unused and including all accessories in either the original packaging or adequate packaging to protect the product. They also must be complete. (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product please try and do so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received or in adequate packaging to protect the product and prevent damages. Please do not write on the packaging itself.
If the goods returned are not complete, damaged and/or if parts are missing, we will contact you immediately as we will not be able to process the refund.
Goods must be received to our Returns Department within 14 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 14 days. Once the payment for the cancellation is made, we shall be able to arrange this for you. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days. Goods sent back to us without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

Courier Damaged Items & Boxes
Boxes or items damaged by couriers must be reported within 72 hours after delivery. Please email us a description and photos of the defects, and once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement item. Please ensure that if there are more than one issue, these must be reported at the same time to allow the best resolution to be made as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot assist with courier damaged products unless the item is signed for as ‘damaged’.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item to be faulty or missing parts, then you must report this within 14 days of receipt. Any issues that initiate after this time period must be reported right away, and we shall advise on how to resolve this for you in line with your warranty.

Full refund of the cost of the goods, will be given upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns Department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition upon receipt. The refund will be processed only after receiving the goods to our warehouse.

Please Note
Goods must only be returned once authorised. Goods must be re-packaged as received. They should be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any further damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned. You must send photo evidence so we can assess the damage and report this to our suppliers, so the damaged goods can be rectified. If we are required to replace and collect the faulty item, it is your responsibility to be available and hand the package to our courier.
