Delivery Service

All of our GoGroopie orders operate on a  UK Mainland delivery service. For Off Shore Islands, Scottish Highlands, ROI & Northern Ireland please allow for an extra working day or two. 

Our couriers are only able to deliver to the front door of any property/ground floor of any flats, as they are not insured to enter any property. Before making any order please take this into consideration. 

 

GoGroopie customers please note, the delivery service you are paying for is working day (Monday-Friday) delivery only, unless stated otherwise. 

Additional Costs

The initial postage charge is for UK Mainland only, additional fees will apply to anywhere outside UK Mainland. The prices for these are as follows: 

* Aberdeen (certain postcode areas, see above map) = £24.99

* Scottish highlands = £49.99

* Northern Ireland = £79.99

* Rep. Ireland = £89.99

Product Issues/Damages?

Each item is quality checked before dispatch by our warehouse team. If by any chance your order arrives with any damage, please do sign for it as damaged and then get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you do not have time to check the item over for damages, then please sign for it as 'unchecked' to ensure that you will be covered.

If the item is left without a signature, then you will be liable for any losses, damages or theft that may occur, as we will be unable to determine the source of the issue.

With all damage claims we request a number of photo's so that we can assess the nature of the damage & rectify this for you. Please do not throw any of the original packaging away as anything that may be needed to be returned must be done so in its original packaging. If you wish to return your product due to issues/damages you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Based On A Change Of Mind (Non Faulty Product): 

If you wish to return your product based on a change of mind you must inform us of this within 14 days from first receiving your order.

 

Please contact us before returning the goods so that we can issue a returns number that we can then trace. Items being returned must be unused, in there original packaging or adequate packaging to protect the product & in saleable condition.

 

The cost & arrangement of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility. Any fee's and return costs must be paid prior to collection/return of the goods. If upon inspection the returned products are found to be unsaleable or used then a refund may not be issued or only a partial refund offered.

In the event of failed deliveries the customer will be liable in also paying any fee's and return costs. If a delivery is failed the courier will attempt redeliver, however, the number of redelivery attempts is decided upon by the courier depot. No refund will be processed until the above fees have been paid by the customer.

Regarding mattress returns, we strongly recommend that you are sure of the mattress you are purchasing & that it will be suitable before ordering & advise on researching thoroughly beforehand. Because our mattresses come vacuum packed, mattresses are difficult to return once they have been taken out of their packaging. We will only accept responsibility for the return of a mattress if there is deemed to be a genuine manufacturing fault upon inspection. A mattress that is stated as being 'uncomfortable' is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault & merely depends on the individual & their past & expected sleeping experiences. It is worth noting that for a person to become accustomed fully to a new mattress can take some time.

Manufacturer Faults

If a product has clear manufacturing faults we again request a number of photo's so that we can assess the nature of the issue, we will then move towards the best suitable solution to rectify this for you.

In the instance clear evidence has been provided that the item received has manufacturing defects or faults we will then contact the manufacturer who will replace this directly.
